COACH TIMES:

The coach will be leaving The Lighthouse on Friday March 25th at 4:30pm sharp and we will aim to arrive back at The Lighthouse on Sunday March 27th at 4pm

If you want to pack a hot dinner for yourself for Friday you can. You can eat this during the coach ride on the way up to Wales. The coach will arrive at 7pm at Cefn Lea where you will be given a cold pre-packed dinner as well.

PRICE:

The cost for the w/a which includes transport, accommodation, meals and everything else that is taking place over the weekend is as follow:

Standard Chalet - £120 (you share a shower/bathroom with those in the cabin)

If you are coming for one night (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) the cost will be as follows:

Standard Chalet- £100

If you are coming for one day the cost is: Per person- £40 (Meals Included)

CABIN INFO:

Up to 4 youth can share a room. There are 3 rooms per cabin and each cabin and each cabin will be allocated 2 certified DBS checked lighthouse youth leaders. There will be separate cabins for girls and boys. The cabins will not be mixed. Cabin allocation will be sent the week of the trip. Each cabin has a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

TUCK SHOP

There will be a tuck shop throughout the weekend where we will be selling crisps, chocolate bars, cans, juice, pot noodles, etc so if you want to buy anything please bring cash

FACILITIES

On the site there is a sports hall where you can play football or basketball. There is also a table tennis and pool table.

There is also plenty of outside space to play games and go for a walk.

WIFI

There is a free wifi network for anyone to connect onto; however, it doesn't work that well except in the reception waiting area. You can buy wifi which is about £7 a day. If you are going to do this, make sure to have a card so you can enter the details to pay for the wifi via your phone.

PAYMENT:

We offer instalment plans, if you can’t pay the full amount before the w/a. We ask you pay at least half before the weekend.

When paying please pay to this account with a reference of your name. Without a reference we will not know if you have paid so please make sure to put your name as the reference.
